If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return, or exchange it please email and return to us within 14 days of delivery at info@baremelondon.com.
Include your #BM... order number and reason for return/exchange.
We will not accept items that have been worn, damaged or marked in anyway.
All items purchased in the OUTLET can only be returned for store credit.

We use Royal Mail and Hermes.
How do I track my order?
Once your package has been dispatched, you will be sent your tracking details via email.
I've entered the wrong address...
Incorrectly entered addressed parcels usually will be returned to BareMe. if this happens we will resend the parcel to you but do not take responsibility for this.


BareMe. will not be responsible for:
Lost or stolen packages if tracked delivery is confirmed.
Incorrectly entered or incomplete address. We will send your items back if they are redirected to BareMe. LTD.
Compensation for any custom duty taxes applicable in your country.
